‘Tea with Friends’

A tribute piece to all the friends we’ve ever shared cups of tea and parts of our lives with. Taking time to have a cuppa together is often more than just a gesture of hospitality – it’s a moment to be truly present with one another, to be seen and heard.

This particular cup holds a special place in my heart. It is a family heirloom that was gifted to me by and painted for my Grandma – someone I have shared many cups of tea with over the years.

So far, 2022 has brought me many cups of tea, tears, laughs and moments to connect deeper with those I love and cherish.

Throughout all of these challenges there has been equal parts tea, friends and opportunities to grow.

I have been humbled by the space held for me by others as I have navigated this season. And I’ll always be incredibly grateful for their love, support and talks over tea.

I’ve gifted my grandma the original watercolor piece but made a limited number of prints available to all of you who understand the simple yet beautiful gesture of taking tea together.
